Never rely on a street address!
Street addresses are often wrong and they are not legally binding.
The "Official Description" is how the property is identified at the deeds office as well as in legal documents.
The HQ-Report uses the official description to map the property onto street and satellite maps.
It is also worth noting that the fences and gates around a property may not reflect the legal bounderies. Always check the Surveyor Generals diagram before bidding.
Tip: Use the link above the map to change between satellite and street maps.
